Wilma Mae Mortz's Obituary
Wilma Mae Mortz, 88, of Casey, IL formerly of Terre Haute, IN passed away at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, October 14, 2013 at Casey Health Care Center, Casey, IL. She was born August 24, 1925 in Terre Haute, IN, the daughter of Cecil Harvey McClure and Jessie Agnes Persinger McClure. On December 13, 1946 she married Lamon Dean Mortz in Terre Haute, IN. He passed away on December 13, 1998. Survivors include son, Lon Mortz and wife Karen of Grand Rapids, MI; daughters, Dottye Crippen and husband John of Terre Haute, IN; Luann Prater and husband Dwight of Bermuda Run, NC and Connie McDonald and husband Tharon of Clinton, IN; brother, Estell McClure and wife Joan of Terre Haute, IN; twelve grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; son, Russell Mortz; two brothers and two sisters. Mrs. Mortz was a homemaker. She had worked at Paper Chase, a copy center, in Terre Haute, IN. Wilma was a member of the Southside Nazarene Church in Terre Haute, IN. She and her husband helped build the Church in 1957. At her request, anatomical donation has been arranged.
