William Samuel "Bill" Dugan's Obituary
William "Bill" Samuel Dugan, 58, of Casey, IL passed away at 2:45 a.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at his home in Casey, IL. He was born March 2, 1953, in Denver, CO, the son of William Dugan and Janis Leverett Dugan. On June 12, 1983, he married Linda Wagle in Dallas, TX. He is survived by his wife, Linda Dugan of Casey, IL; daughter, Brandi Dugan of Wautaga, TX; granddaughter, Kianna Dugan; brother, Steve Herdeman of Vero Beach, FL; sisters, Denise McNeill of Farmersville, TX; Cheryl Corbitt of Bronson, FL; Michelle Chimera of Coral Springs, FL; Marlaine Herdeman of Alaska and father, William Dugan of Indianapolis, IN. He was preceded in death by his mother. He was a self employed computer web designer. He had previously worked as a DJ for WMMC and WKZI radio stations in the 1990's. He was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War (1971 - 1974), where he was stationed in Berlin, Germany. Bill's family had known him to be a very "creative" cook from his days in the Army. A Memorial Service will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at the Markwell Funeral Home, Casey, IL. Visitation will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday evening prior to the service at the Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL. Memorial donations and contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation of IL, 215 W. Illinois St., Apt. 1C, Chicago, IL 60654-7163.
