Wendell Eugene Robison's Obituary
Wendell Eugene Robison, 71, of Casey, IL passed away at 1:14 a.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at Union Hospital, Terre Haute, IN after a courageous battle against cancer. He was born on February 22, 1939 in Shelby County, IL, the son of Warren Clay Robison and Mary Margaret Walls Robison. Survivors include his children, Phillip Robison of Casey, IL; Dawn (Randal) Albin of Neoga, IL; Kari (Mike) Phipps of Ozark, MO; Tim (Susie) Robison of Louisiana, MO; Lisa (Gary) Probst of Wheeler, IL; James (Angie) Robison of Union Center, IL; brothers, Dennis Robison of Altamont, IL; Kelly Robison of Casey, IL; sisters, Nancy (John) Kinsel of Greenup, IL; Dixie (Tony) Clark of Casey, IL; Shelly (Tom) Lamb of Martinsville, IL; fifteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Wendell was a US Army Veteran. He enjoyed fishing, auto body work and attending flea markets. He was known for his famous barbecues and won many awards. He worked as a auto body repairman for Todd Finney. A Memorial Service and Celebration of His Life will be held at Noon on Sunday, October 31, 2010 at VeeVee Park for all family and friends.
