So sorry Betty Jo. I always liked Walt. And watched him play ball. He was enjoying doing that with the Truckers ball team. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.

To know Walt Scott in the 1960s, to watch him play ball for the Truckers, sit next to him on the long road trips, warm up pitchers at his side, help him with his equipment, to just carry his bat and wear the same uniform made me the luckiest kid ever.
So sorry for your loss...prayers to Betty and family

We were so saddened to hear the news of Walt 's passing. John and I enjoyed seeing Walt at the pool events and visiting with him at the Turntable. He was one of the nicest men I have ever met. He will be greatly missed by all.
My heart breaks at the news of Walt 's passing. I had the joy of knowing Walt through his love of pool and learned so much from him over the years that we played together. He was an amazing man and I 'll miss his big hugs and joyous laughter.
