Thelma Bline's Obituary
Thelma Lucille Bine, age 78, of Casey, died on Friday, November 18, 2005 at Heartland Manor Nursing Center in Casey. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at the Markwell & Son Funeral Home in Casey with Rev. Tom Marsh officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and burial will be in the Washington Cemetery. She was born June 19, 1927 in Casey, the daughter of Charley Crawford and Olive Johnson Weir. She married Charles E. Bline on October 5, 1948 in Toledo; he preceded her in death on January 23, 2005. She provided housekeeping at Casey High School for 23 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Casey. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Surviving are sons Steve Bline and wife Judy of Holly Springs, MS and Chuck Bline of Casey, daughters Jennie Holsapple and husband Kim of Toledo, Kathy Bline of Charleston and Lisa McVey and husband David of Casey, brother Paul Weir and wife Mary of Casey, 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers Raymond and Charles Wier, son Bill Bline and infant grandson Jared Bellair McVey. Memorials may be made to Lincolnland Hospice or Heartland Manor Nursing Center in Casey.
