Ronald Mack "Ronnie" Haworth's Obituary
Ronald Mack "Ronnie" Haworth, 73, of Casey, IL passed away at 5:38 p.m. on Thursday, November 27, 2014 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. He was born November 19, 1941 in Terre Haute, IN the son of William Haworth and Norma E. Atkins Haworth. On July 28, 1967 he married Susie Urick in Westfield, IL. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Susie Haworth of Casey, IL; daughter, Jill Hough of Cedar Lake, IN; son, Marc Haworth of Grayville, IL; grandsons, Blake Hough and Jake Hough; brothers, Bill Haworth and wife Edithe of Lakewood, CO and Dave Haworth and Jean Peters of Mattoon, IL; sister, Janice Ritchey and husband Jim of Casey, IL and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents. Ronnie was a lifelong farmer. He served in the US Army Reserves from 1964 to 1968. He found time to pick up the game of golf later in life. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at the Markwell Funeral Home with Pastor Walter Miller officiating. Visitation will be held from Noon till 2:30 p.m. prior to the service on Saturday at the Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL. Burial will be held at a later date.
