Robbie Ellis Morey's Obituary
Robbie Ellis Morey, age 61, of Casey, IL passed away at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at Toulon Health and Rehab Care Center in Toulon, IL. He was born June 19, 1962 in Terre Haute, IN, the son of Robert Lee Morey and Mary Delorse Stotts Morey.
Survivors include his sister, Deeanna Jackson (Marshal) of Casey, IL; nephews and nieces, Jessica Tutewiler (Tom) of Casey, IL; Heather Ramsey of Casey, IL; Johnny Ramsey (Cassie) of Casey, IL and Coleton Jackson of Casey, IL; several great nephews and nieces and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Robbie was a 1980 graduate of Casey High School. He was well known for the many years he spent working at the local Casey IGA. Robbie had also worked for Pap-R Products, Charles Industries, United Technologies Automotive, Inc. and Three Z Printing Co. He attended the Casey First Christian Church. Robbie enjoyed working out, walking and watching ballgames with friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2023 at Markwell Funeral Home with Steve Jenkins officiating. Burial will next to his parents at a later date in Casey Cumberland Cemetery, Casey, IL. Visitation will be held from 3 - 4 p.m. on Friday prior to the funeral at Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL.
