Randall Kim "Randy" Tutewiler, 52, of Arthur, Illinois, passed away at 10:05 p.m. on Sunday, September 27, 2009, at his residence. He was born on March 20, 1957, in Terre Haute, Indiana, the son of Theron Connel Tutewiler and Crystal Maureen "Ricky" Ring Tutewiler. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Connel and Ruth Tutewiler of Charleston, IL; brother, Curtis Tutewiler and wife Ginger of Normal, IL; sister, Lori Browning and husband Jeff of Charleston, IL; nephews, Michael and Brandon Browning and Corey, Ryne and Payton Tutewiler; special friend, Mary Miller of Arthur, IL; uncle, Larry Ring and wife Bobbie of Westfield, IL, aunts, Juanita Applegate of Casey, IL; Elsie Fern Hunt of Rapid City, SD; Dorothy Jean Ring of Westfield, IL and Dorothy Ring of Casey, IL and many cousins and friends. He was preceded by his mother, Ricky; grandparents, Joe and Pearl Tutewiler and Luther and Nora Bell Ring; uncles, Jack, Lester and Harvey Ring and aunts, Minta Pence and Myrtle Harris. Randy was employed as the Service Advisor for Bill Abbott Chevrolet in Monticello, IL. Randy was very proud of his nephews and enjoyed fishing in his spare time. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2009 at the Markwell Funeral Home in Casey, IL with Rev. Curtis Weaver officiating. Burial will follow in the Casey Cumberland Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday evening at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o Markwell Funeral Home, P.O. Box 175, Casey, IL 62420.
