Patsy J. Stephens, 60, of Effingham, Illinois passed away at 5:43 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at St. Anthony Hospital, Effingham, Illinois. She was born March 24, 1948 in Annapolis, Illinois, the daughter of Noble R. Stephens and Rose Ellen Hall Stephens Rowe. Survivors include her daughters, Flo Reed of St. Joseph, IL and Roberta Whitley of Charleston, IL; brothers, Dale Stephens of Hobesound, FL; Donald Stephens of Ladson, SC; sisters, Mary Ann Steinburgent of Frederick, TX; Sue Snearley of Martinsville, IL and Kay Fuson of Xenia, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, David Stephens, Ben Stephens and sister, Deanna Clark. Graveside committal services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, August 2, 2008 at the Partlow Cemetery, Johnson Twp., Clark County, Illinois.
