Maymie Evelyn Crozier's Obituary
Maymie Evelyn Crozier, 85, of Casey, IL formerly of Robinson, IL passed away at 2:35 a.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Heartland Manor, Casey, IL. She was born August 15, 1925, in Clark County, IL, the daughter of Joe Flemming Middleton and Myrtle Ann Robey Middleton. On January 3, 1948, she married George R. Crozier; he passed away on July 12, 1998. Survivors include her sister in law, Mary Middleton of Oblong, IL and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and siblings; Flossie I. Gross, Edd F. Middleton, Joe N. Middleton, Ruth I. Hickox, R. Dean Middleton, John W. Middleton and infant, Glenn Eugene Middleton. Mrs. Crozier was a homemaker and an aunt to everyone that knew her. She dearly loved her family. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at the Markwell Funeral Home, Casey, IL with Rev. Gene Southard and Dan Middleton officiating. Burial will follow in the Casey Cumberland Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial donations and contributions may be made to the Heartland Manor Activity Fund, P.O. Box 10, Casey IL 62420.
