Margaret Blanche McCash's Obituary
Margaret Blanche McCash, 91, of Casey, IL passed away at 2:56 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL. She was born December 31, 1916 in Hazel Dell, Illinois, the daughter of Samuel Isaac McCash and Edith E. Laymon McCash. Survivors include her brother, Frank McCash and wife Bonnie of Casey, IL; her sister, Jayne Lehman of Paris, IL; nephews and nieces, Mike Boone of Casey, IL; David Lehman and wife Janice of Evansville, IN; Jim Lehman and wife Brenda of West Lafayette, IN; Nancy Litzenberger of Williamsport, IN; Ben McCash and wife Vina of Burr Ridge, IL; Carol Ann Hille and husband Rich of Teutopolis, IL; Tom McCash of Greenup, IL; Barbara Lawrence and husband John of Brazil, IN and John McCash and wife Donna of Wood Bridge, IL; and several great nephews and nieces. Her parents and sisters, Mabel McCash and Mayme Boone, nephew, Billy Dan Boone and niece, Bonnie Boone preceded her. Margaret was retired after 33 years as a shoe cleaner for the Ettlebrick Shoe Company. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Casey, a member of the Homemaker's Extension and Kedar Rebekah Lodge #152 of Casey, IL. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at the First Christian Church, 200 SE Eighth St., Casey, IL with Rev. Rick Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Casey Cumberland Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the Church.
