Margaret Louise Heissinger's Obituary
Margaret Louise Heissinger, 84, of Westfield, formerly of St. Anne, IL, died Tuesday (Feb. 27, 2007) at Heartland Manor Nursing Center in Casey. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Brown Funeral Home, Manteno, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday. Rev. Jim Fanale will officiate. Burial will be in Kankakee Memorial Gardens, Aroma Township. Memorials may be made to the family wishes. Mrs. Heissinger had been a waitress. She was born November 8, 1922 in Springfield, the daughter of William and Margaret Louise McGrath Dee. Her husband, Harry C. Heissinger, whom she married in June 1946, at the Catholic Cathedral in Springfield, is deceased. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church. Surviving are two daughters and one son-in-law, Mary E. Hanshaw of Westfield, Edyth and Kenneth "Pete" Grimes Jr. of Monticello; four grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson. Deceased are one son-in-law, Ronald Hanshaw; one granddaughter, Annette Hanshaw; and one sister, Dorothy Dippold.
