Lucille Graham's Obituary
Lucille Graham, 89, of Hazel Dell, IL passed away at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Cumberland Rehabilitation Center, Greenup, IL. She was born on September 12, 1925 in Cumberland County, IL the daughter of George Wesley Morgan and Bonnie Bertha Barlow Morgan. On May 23, 1942 she married Joseph Wilson Graham in St. Louis, MO. He passed away on August 27, 2001. Survivors include her children, Carol Barger and husband Chuck of Dickinson, TX, Evelyn Good and husband Dale of Elizabethtown, PA, Susan Cutright and husband Philip of Hazel Dell, IL, Kenneth Graham and wife Donna of Greenup, IL and Patricia Reynolds of Hazel Dell, IL; stepson, Joseph Graham and wife Wanda of Casey, IL; brother, Jim Morgan of Casey, IL; eighteen grandchildren, fifty-three great grandchildren and eighteen great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Mary Nelson, brother, Jerry Morgan and sister, Margaret Morgan. Mrs. Graham was a cook for the Casey School District for 26 years before retiring in 1991. She loved to play Bingo and played as often as she could. Lucille loved flowers and gardening. She was also a member of the Hazel Dell Busy Bees for many years. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 27, 2015 at the Markwell Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Hazel Dell South Cemetery, Hazel Dell, IL. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service on Friday at the Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL. Memorial donations may be made to the Donor's Choice.
