Kathryn "Katie" Louise Clark, 84, of Casey, IL passed away 5:20 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2006 at Heartland Manor, Casey, IL. Katie was born July 14, 1921 in Terre Haute, IN to Harold L. Reese and Mary Smith Reese. She married Ray L. Clark on May 6, 1939 in West Terre Haute, IN. He passed away on December 22, 2002. Survivors include a Son, Steven Clark and wife Sandy of Terre Haute, IN; Daughter In Law, Bonnie Clark of Shobonier, IL; Grandchildren, Sean Clark of Terre Haute, IN; Scot Clark of Brazil, IN and Lucretia Schroeder and husband Warren of Shobonier, IL; Great Grandchildren, Lyndee Clark, Ginny Clark, Kourtney Clark, Kent Clark, Adam Schroeder and Erin Schroeder. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son, Ronald Clark. Katie was a member of the Casey United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, former Hospice Volunteer, a volunteer at Heartland Manor and was Volunteer of the Month at Heartland Manor several times. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at the Casey United Methodist Church with Rev. Penelope Barber officiating. Burial will be in the Casey Cumberland Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday evening from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Casey United Methodist Church. Markwell & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
