Joseph “Joe” Wilson Graham Jr., age 85, of Casey, IL passed away at 6:50 a.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at Willow Breeze Hospice House in Mattoon, IL with his family by his side. He was born March 15, 1940 in Terre Haute, IN the son of Joseph Wilson Graham, Sr. and Olive Fern (Kline) Graham. On December 25, 2008 he married Mary Wanda Shaffer in Casey, IL.
His survivors include his wife, Wanda Graham of Casey, IL; children, Tonja Anacker of Oakland, IL; Mitzi Tinsman of Toledo, IL and Chuck Graham of Hazel Dell, IL; stepchildren, Jason Malone of Casey, IL; Sherry Russell of Newton, IL and David Deck of Olney, IL; brother, Kenneth Graham (Donna) of Toledo, IL; sisters, Carol Barger (Chuck) of Houston, TX; Evelyn Good (Dale) of Hershey, PA; Susie Cutright (Phil) of Hazel Dell, IL and Patricia Reynolds of Madison, KY; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, six step grandchildren, four step great grandchildren, many nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Nelson and granddaughter, Tara Tinsman Campbell.
Joe attended Casey High School. He was retired from Eastern Illinois Precast in Charleston, IL after 27 years. Joe especially enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time.
At his family’s request a memorial service will be held at a later date.
