Johnwill "John" Henry Hudson, age 90, of Casey, died on Thursday, November 3, 2005 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 6, 2005 at the Markwell and Son Funeral Home in Casey with Rev. Rick Emerich officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2005 at the funeral home and burial will be in the Washington Street Cemetery. He was born August 6, 1915 in Casey, the son of Elisha Melvin and Mary Florence McKenzie Hudson. He married Marjorie Marie Gross on January 26, 1938; she preceded him in death on June 3, 1999. He was a retired Auctioneer having worked for 45 years in the business and was a farmer for 35 years. He was a member of the Casey White Oak Church of God. Surviving are two daughters, Janet Decker and husband Joe of Tulsa, OK and Misti Hoffman and husband Mike of Peoria, IL and brother George Hudson and wife Geneva of Casey, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, four brothers, and two sisters.
