Harry Woodrow "Butch" Collier, Jr., 66, of Bloomingdale, IL formerly of Casey, IL passed away at 6:03 a.m. on Friday, February 25, 2011 at Lexington Health Care Center, Bloomingdale, IL. He was born on February 6, 1945, in Robinson, IL, the son of Harry W. Collier and Inez E. Howe Collier. Survivors include his sister, Nancy Claypool and husband Stanley of Niceville, FL; niece, Michele Claypool and husband Richard Williams of Champaign, IL; nephew, Stanley Claypool II and wife Lisa and son, Brandon of Mobile, AL; nephew, Eric Claypool and wife Corinne of Savoy, IL; great nieces, Brenna Williams and Kaylin Claypool. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Collier was a US Navy veteran. He was a 1963 graduate of Casey High School and attended DeVry University, Chicago, IL. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Casey, IL. He was employed as a maintenance person for the United States Postal Service in Carol Stream, IL. At his request, no services will be held.
