Dorothy Ruth "Dotti" Lee's Obituary
Dorothy Ruth "Dotti" Lee, age 85, of Martinsville, IL passed away at 3:39 a.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024 at Arbor Rose in Charleston, IL. She was born December 21, 1938 in Martinsville, IL the daughter of Clyde Ray Brosman and Threasa Alverda Eyestone Brosman. On September 21, 1957 she married Billie G. Lee in Martinsville, IL.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Lee of Martinsville, IL; sons, Alan Lee (Becky) of Martinsville, IL; Cole Lee (Tenna) of Martinsville, IL; Stewart Lee (Laurie) of Martinsville, IL and Eric Lee (Robin) of Martinsville, IL; seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Jerald Brosman; sisters, Lou Morecraft and Marilyn Shotts and grandson, Anthony Lee.
Dotti was a 1957 graduate of Martinsville High school. She enjoyed her community she lived in and enjoyed participating in the Cleone Club and the Bunco Committee. Dotti previously served as the Parade Marshall of the Martinsville Fair. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Martinsville. Dotti loved her family and enjoyed anytime she would spend with them.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at the First Baptist Church of Martinsville with Brother Art Orndorff officiating. Burial will follow in Richwoods Cemetery, rural Westfield, IL. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. prior to the service at the First Baptist Church of Martinsville, 5 Trotter Lane, Martinsville, IL.
