Donald Eugene Huddlestun, 55 of Casey, IL passed away at 3:16 p.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, IL. He was born on March 17, 1951 in Effingham, IL to Carl Marcel Huddlestun and Betty Joan Wright Huddlestun. On October 28, 1978 in Cumberland County, IL he married Patty Ann Duniphan. Survivors include his wife, Patty Huddlestun of Casey, IL; brother, Denny Huddlestun and wife Patty of Martinsville, IL; daughter, Stacey Peters and husband Kevin of Paris, IL; stepson, Harold Johnson and wife Laura of Casey, IL; step-daughter, Patty Larrison of Casey, IL; grandchildren, Cody Peters, Jessica Peters, Ashley Stutesman, Brittany Martin, Brandi Martin, Michael Dery and Kyra Totten. He was preceded by his parents. Don was a 1966 graduate of Casey High School. He played in several bands for several years in the area and was a member of the Radio Controlled Airplane Club. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 29, 2007 at the Markwell Funeral Home, Casey, IL with Rev. Gene Southard officiating. Burial will be in the Washington Street Cemetery. Visitaion will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
