Dalla R. "Dollie" Watts, 93, of Casey, IL passed away at 12:10 p.m. on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Heartland Nursing Center, Casey, IL. She was born April 16, 1920 in Hazel Dell, IL, the daughter of Graydon Roan and Alta Cox Roan Debord. Survivors include her son, Billy Watts and wife Marlene of Casey, IL; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nephews, nieces and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; daughter, Marilyn Lane; brothers, Clarence Roan and Bill Roan; sister, Dorothy Davis and an infant sister. Dollie worked as a CNA for over nineteen years. She attended local area churches. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 27, 2013 at the Markwell Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Gray officiating. Burial will follow in the Washington Street Cemetery, Casey, IL. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Friday prior to the service at the Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N.
