Betty D Chamberlain's Obituary
Betty D. Chamberlain, 88 of Casey, IL passed away at 2:14 a.m. on Friday, March 18, 2011 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, IN. She was born April 14, 1922 in Streator, IL, the daughter of John Nelson Taylor and Mary Bakalar Taylor. Betty married Tracey Delbert Chamberlain on August 11, 1945 in Streator, IL. He passed away on December 15, 2002. Survivors include her son, Tracey John Chamberlain and wife Geri of Austin, MN; daughter, Mary Medsker and husband Charles of Casey, IL; five grandchildren, John Chamberlain and wife Jen of Rochester, MN, James Chamberlain and wife Megan of Milwaukee, WI, Jason Chamberlain of Rochester, MN, Hope Medsker of Lincoln, IL and Heather Phillips and husband Patrick of Bloomington, IL; four great grandchildren, Vaughn Chamberlain, Jonah Chamberlain and Lexie and Gracie Phillips, sisters in law, Helen Taylor of MO and Lola Taylor of OR. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and three brothers, Jack, James and Clinton Taylor. Betty was a homemaker and lifelong minister's wife. She was a member of the Martinsville Christian Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Martinsville Christian Church 324 N. York St., Martinsville, IL with Jason Chamberlain and Mike Luke officiating. Burial will follow in the Casey Cumberland Cemetery. Visitation will be held from noon to 2:00 p.m. on Monday prior to the funeral at the church. Memorial donations and contributions may be made to Martinsville Christian Church, 324 N.
