Belva Jane Billings, 91 of Casey, Illinois died at 11:40 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at her residence. Funeral services are Saturday, March 11, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. at Markwell & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Penelope Barber officiating, Burial will be in Washington Street Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, March 10, 2006 from 4-7 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Belva was born April 18, 1914 in Robinson, Illinois to Ray M. Henry and Clara Edith Eaton Henry. She married John H. Billings in Robinson, Illinois on March 28, 1948. He preceded her in death on March 24, 1971. Survivors include daughter, Jane Swick and husband Roger of Findlay, Ohio; Grandson, Troy Swick of North Charleston, South Carolina; Granddaughter Bethanay Swick of Powell, Ohio; Niece, Judy (Knierim) Goodwick of Sandwich, Illinois; Niece, Karen Reinoehl of Robinson, Illinois; Nephew, Timothy Henry of Malvern, Pennsylvania; Nephew, Patrick Henry of Luxemborg. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, Max E. Henry and two sisters, Gladys Billings and Mary Brown. Belva was a former secretary of Casey United Methodist Church. She was a member of Casey United Methodist Church, Casey Womans Club and Informal Club. Memorials may be made to the Casey United Methodist Church.
