Anna M. Huddlestun, 74, of Yale, IL formerly of Greenup, IL passed away at 7:05 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at Cumberland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, Greenup, IL. She was born December 25, 1936, in Greenup, IL, the daughter of Clarence and Gladys Kemper. On June 8, 1957, she married Jerold "Jerry" H. Huddlestun in Anchorage, AK. Survivors include her husband, Jerry H. Huddlestun of Yale, IL; daughter, Joyce (Gary) Steber of Marion, IL; son, Jerry (Rhonda) Huddlestun of Newton, IL; sister, Margaret Lewis of Greenup, IL; grandchildren, Lyndal Steber Kosmatka, Allison Steber Koester, Daniel Steber, Erin Huddlestun Frichtl and Abby Huddlestun and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Donald, Wayne, Elwood, Clarence, Robert, Leo, Elmer and Roy Kemper; half brothers, Art and Doyle and half sister, Edith McCord. Ann was a school bus driver for over 18 ½ years and retired from the Casey Shoe Factory after 28 ½ years. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and quilting. Funeral services will be held at 12 (noon) on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the Markwell Funeral Home, Casey, IL with Rev. Gene Southard officiating. Burial will follow in the Yale Cemetery, Yale, IL. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 (noon) on Saturday at the Markwell Funeral Home, 200 N. Central Ave., Casey, IL 62420.
