Anna Pearl Fox Hartman's Obituary
Anna Pearl Fox Hartman, 90, of Altamont, IL formerly of Casey, IL passed away at 1:15 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Aperion Care, St. Elmo, IL. She was born November 29, 1924 in Sheridan, AR the daughter of Roy Allen Fox and Edna Pearl McKinley Fox. On April 11, 1942 she married Elmer Lee Hartman in Melrose, IL. He passed away December 30, 1992. Survivors include her grandson, Jim Janz and wife Susan of Altamont, IL; great grandson, Dustin Janz of Altamont, IL; great granddaughter, Samantha Janz (fiancé Tony Probst) of Altamont, IL; son in law, Rudy Janz of Altamont, IL and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; daughter, Linda "Lin" Janz; brothers, Joel (Lois) Fox, Elmer (Edna) Fox; sisters, Mae (Delbert) Ward, Opal (Roland) Hanners, Dorothy (Ernest) Denny and Neoma (Howard) Goodwin. Mrs. Hartman retired after 30 years from TRW in Casey, IL. She was a member of the Casey White Oak Church of God. Anna was a 60 year member of the Casey VFW Auxillary where she had previously served as President, Treasurer, Secretary and Chaplin. Graveside funeral services and burial will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Washington Street Cemetery, Casey, IL.
