Mary Mullen

Mary Elizabeth Mullen, age 73, of Casey, IL passed away at 12:58 p.m. on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Care Center, Coles County, IL. She was born April 28, 1946 in Martinsville, IL, the daughter of Noah Raymond Cown and Iva Mae Garr Cown. On July 18, 1964 she married Leslie E. “Butch” Mullen in Martinsville, IL.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-five years, Butch Mullen of Casey, IL; daughter, Lisa R. Tuttle of Casey, IL; sons, Patrick W. Mullen of Casey, IL; Shawn A. Mullen of Edwardsville, IL and Michael D. Mullen (Toni) of Casey, IL; brothers, James Raymond Cown (Karen) of Marshall, IL and Thomas Cown of Port Hadlock, WA; grandchildren, Jade Floyd (Austin) of Urbana, IL; Abigal Mullen of Casey, IL and Calista Taylor of Casey, IL and great grandchildren, Zara Floyd and Daniel Floyd. She was preceded in death by her parents.

At her request private family services will be held at a later date. Burial will be in the Washington Cemetery south of Casey, IL.
