Marjorie Hall Obituary

Marjorie Hall, age 93, of Neoga, IL passed away at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 27, 1926 in Hume, IL, the daughter of Roy Smith and Mable Ault Smith. On February 23, 1946 she married Harold Eugene Hall in Marshall, IL and he preceded her in death on October 11, 2019.

She is survived by sons, Don (Mareena) Hall of Saltillo, TN and Max Hall of Neoga, IL; daughters, Marcella (Tommie) Hacker of Tamms, IL, Bonnie (Dean) Grissom of Charleston, IL, Patsy Miah of Neoga, IL, Patricia (Jerry) Settlemire of Altamont, IL and Mary (James) Klein of Willow Hill, IL; 22 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles.

Marjorie was a faithful member of First Christian Church in Neoga, IL. She enjoyed doing all types of puzzles and crocheting.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Greenwell Funeral Home with Mr. James Maroon officiating. Burial will follow in the Ridgelawn Cemetery, Martinsville, IL. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Greenwell Funeral Home, 30 N. Washington St, Martinsville, IL.
