Maurine lived a full life. She was a living example of the Bible verse found in Proverbs 31:25; “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs with no fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise and kindness is the rule when she gives instructions.”
A farm girl at heart; exploring nature, caring for animals, and tending her flowers and gardens were passions she enjoyed.
She was a faithful member of the Casey White Oak Church and cherished her church family.
Most of all, she loved her family and instilled strong Christian values in her children. What she found most fun was doting on her grandchildren.
A private service will be held for the immediate family. Thank you to those who have reached out to the family during this time. A special thank you goes out to the Heartland staff who treated her like family.
Memorials may be made to the Casey White Oak Church, 3305 E. 1000th Rd., Casey, IL 62420.
