Glenda Sue (Schepers) Brosman

Glenda Sue Schepers Brosman, age 59, of Casey, IL passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021 at her residence.  She was born September 12, 1961 in Jasper, IN the daughter of Francis Alois Schepers and Carolyn J. Young Schepers. On September 25, 1980, she married Michael Frank Brosman in Petersburg, IN.

Survivors include her mother, Carolyn J. Schepers of Jasper, IN; husband, Michael Brosman of Casey, IL; daughters, Joelle Albritton (Kyle) of Casey, IL and DeAnna Shaffer (Jakeb) of Casey, IL; sisters, Annette Taylor of Jasper, IN, Brenda Robling (Rob) of Oakland City, IN and Patricia Harris of Jasper, IN; brother, Steven Schepers (Nellie) of Jasper, IN; four grandchildren, Kylie Brooke Shaffer, River Rayne Shaffer, Brantley Jakeb Shaffer and Daniel Thomas Brosman; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Francis Schepers; sister, Laura Dosch; brothers, Scott Schepers, David Schepers and Johnny Schepers.

Glenda was a 1980 graduate of Northeast Dubois High School in Dubois, IN.  She worked as the Health Coordinator at TRI-CAP Headstart in Jasper, IN. She also worked as a Housekeeper at Casey Healthcare Center in Casey, IL. Glenda loved the game of pool and enjoyed playing in pool leagues; she was also a member of the American Pool Association. She cherished time spent with her daughters and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper, Indiana, with burial to follow in Enlow City Cemetery in Jasper, Indiana.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the 2:00 p.m. service time at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel on Tuesday. Brother Jason Denton will officiate.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
