Lana K Hill's Obituary
Lana K. Hill, 64, of Martinsville, IL passed away at 10:55 a.m. on Friday, June 17, 2011 at Union Hospital, Terre Haute, IN. She was born August 5, 1946, in Kankakee, IL, the daughter of George Eugene Brosseau and Vivian Theresa Fournier Brosseau. On September 27, 1972, she married Wilbur Dean Hill in Donovan, IL. Survivors include her husband of thirty-eight years, Wilbur Dean Hill of Martinsville, IL; son, Stephen Michael Powers and fiance Jeneequa Jackson of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; daughter, Tammy J. Miller and husband Michael of Terre Haute, IN; nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren; stepsons, Dale Alan Hill and wife Joanna of Ohio and David Lee Hill and wife Lisa of Paris, IL; stepdaughter, Penny Ann Orrell and husband Andy of El Campo, TX; brothers, Dennis Eugene Brosseau and wife Madonna of Kankakee, IL and Gary Allen Brosseau of Bourbonnais, IL; sister Lou Ann Brosseau of Dwight, IL . She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Richard Brosseau and infant sister, Mary Ann Brosseau. Lana was retired from Coil Sales in Marshall, IL. She worked with splicing and twisting of telephone cables. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and visiting with her neighbors. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at the Bluegrass Cemetery, Martinsville, IL with Rev. Billie Ray Ulrey officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon at the Greenwell Funeral Home, 30 N. Washington St., Martinsville, IL.
